Ingredients:
2 sliceBacon, diced
1/3 cupSliced green onions

1/3 cupSliced mushrooms
1/4 cupDiced red or green pepper
1/4 cupFrozen green peas, thawed
1 Egg, beaten
2 cupCooked rice, chilled
1 tbspSoy sauce
Procedures:
1Cook bacon in large skillet over medium-low heat until crisp.
