Enchilada pie

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsGround beef
1 largeOnion, chopped
1 canCream of mushroom soup
1 canCream of chicken soup
1 canGreen chilies (sm), chopped
1 canEnchilada sauce
3/4 cupMilk
1 packSoft tortillas
1/2 lbsCheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lbsMonterey Jack cheese, grated
1 pintSour cream
Procedures:
1Brown meat and chopped onion in a skillet and season with salt and pepper to taste.
2Add soups, green chilies, enchilada sauce and milk.
3Line a 9x13 inch pan with 6 tortillas and top with half the meat mixture and half the cheeses.
4Repeat layers.
5Bake at 350 °F for 40 minutes; cool slightly and cut into squares to serve.
6Top each square with a dab of sour cream.
