| cup | MASHED POTATOES ( LEFTOVERS) | | 1/2
| cup | HAM, COOKED & DICED | | 1
| small | EGG, BEATEN | | 4
| large | EGGS | | | LIGHT CREAM | | 1
| tbsp | MARGARINE |

Procedures:
| 1 | Divide potatoes into four portions. | | 2 | Place each on a baking sheet and shape into a nest (cup shape) with a spoon. | | 3 | Brush nest with beaten egg to glaze. | | 4 | Spoon ?of the ham into each nest. | | 5 | Break an egg into a cup and then gently place in a nest. | | 6 | Pour a little light cream over each nest to cover egg. | | 7 | Dot with margarine |
