Sausage cheese strata

Ingredients:
6 eachSl White bread
2 lbsSausage, bulk
3/4 lbsCheese, , extra grated
6 eachLg Egg
1 1/4 cupMilk
1/2 cupWhite wine
1 tspGarlic powder
1 tbspDijon
6 eachGreen onions, chopped
Procedures:
1Lightly butter a 9x12 glass baking pan.
2Spread the bread with butter and cut into ?inch cubes, leaving on the crusts.
3Cook sausage well and drain.
4Layer the bread cubes in the pan.
5Top with half the sausage, 1 cup of cheese.
6Repeat the layers until all is used.
7Beat eggs until light and lemon colored.
8Beat in milk, wine, garlic powder and mustard.
9Pour over pan.
10Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
11Uncover and bake at 325°F for 1 hour or until lightly browned.
12Top with remaining cheese and green onions.
13Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
