Ingredients:

| each | Sl White bread | | 2
| lbs | Sausage, bulk | | 3/4
| lbs | Cheese, , extra grated | | 6
| each | Lg Egg | | 1 1/4
| cup | Milk | | 1/2
| cup | White wine | | 1
| tsp | Garlic powder | | 1
| tbsp | Dijon | | 6
| each | Green onions, chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | Lightly butter a 9x12 glass baking pan. | | 2 | Spread the bread with butter and cut into ?inch cubes, leaving on the crusts. | | 3 | Cook sausage well and drain. | | 4 | Layer the bread cubes in the pan. | | 5 | Top with half the sausage, 1 cup of cheese. | | 6 | Repeat the layers until all is used. | | 7 | Beat eggs until light and lemon colored. | | 8 | Beat in milk, wine, garlic powder and mustard. | | 9 | Pour over pan. | | 10 | Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. | | 11 | Uncover and bake at 325°F for 1 hour or until lightly browned. | | 12 | Top with remaining cheese and green onions. | | 13 | Let stand 5 minutes before serving. |
