Ingredients:

4 cupEggplant, diced, cooked
4 cupTomatoes, fresh, chopped
1 cupVegetable broth
4 tbspCurry powder
1 tspCinnamon

8 Garlic cloves, chopped
24 Crepes
Procedures:
1Saute all the ingredients, except the crepes, in a large skillet over medium heat for 10 minutes.
