Ingredients:
2 1/2 cupCooked rice, warm
1/4 cupButter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 cupFully cooked ham, finely
-chopped
1 cupShredded cheddar cheese
1 cupShredded swiss cheese
Several drop hot pepper
-sauce
3 Eggs
1/2 cupMilk
1/8 tspPaprika
1/8 tspGarlic powder
1/8 tspOnion powder
Fresh parsley, chopped
Procedures:
1With the back of a spoon, press the rice into a greased 9-in.
2Pie plate to form a crust.
3Drizzle with butter.
4Bake at 350°F for 3 minutes; remove from the oven.
5Combine ham, cheeses and hot pepper sauce; sprinkle over rice.
6Beat eggs, milk, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder; pour over ham mixture.
7Sprinkle with parsley.
8Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
9Let stand 5-10 minutes before cutting
