Vegan pie crust

Mushrooms, sliced

Procedures:

Process the tofu and pesto in a food preocessor until smooth.

Set the pie crust in a pie plate and arrange the mushrooms and tomatoes on the bottom.

Pour in the tofu-pesto mixture.
