Ingredients:
1 cupDry curd low-fat cottage
-cheese
1 cupNonfat plain yogurt
1 Jar - 4 oz. - pimientos
-thoroughly drained
1 tspOnion POWDER
1/2 cupShredded sharp cheddar
-cheese - 2 ozs.
Procedures:

2Cover and process until smooth, about 1 minute.
3Add cheese; cover and process about 15 seconds longer.
4Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
5Serve with fresh vegetables or pretzels if desired.
6Makes about 1 ?cups dip.
