Ingredients:

| lbs | Ground meat (beef, veal & | | | -pork) | | 1
| | Onion, grated | | 1/2
| cup | Bread crumbs | | | Ds Salt, pepper | | 1
| tsp | Worcestershire sauce | | 2
| | Eggs, beaten | | 4
| tbsp | Butter | | 2
| cup | Stock or consomme | | 4
| tbsp | Flour | | 1/4
| cup | Sherry |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix first six ingredients, shape into small balls. | | 2 | Brown in butter. | | 3 | Add stock, cover skillet and simmer for 15 minutes. | | 4 | Remove the meat balls, keep warm. | | 5 | Thicken the gravy with the flour blended with a little cold water. | | 6 | Cook 5 minutes, add sherry. | | 7 | Reheat meat balls in gravy |
