Ingredients:
2 tspHot water
3 1/2 cupMilk
1/3 cupChocolate syrup
2 tbspSugar
1/2 tspGround cinnamon
Vanilla ice cream
Procedures:
1Advance preparation: dissolve instant coffee in the hot water; add milk, chocolate syrup, sugar, and cinnamon.
2Stir to blend.
3Chill.
4Before serving: beat with rotary beater till foamy.
5Place two scoops of ice cream in each of 6 glasses; fill with milk mixture.
