Dymamite chili with beans

Ingredients:
1/2 cupSoaked pinto beans, drained
1 largeSliced onion
1 Minced garlic clove
-?inch cubes
16 ozCan whole tomatoes
1 Diced Jalapeno pepper OR
1 tspDried Mexican oregano
1/3 cupDry red wine
Fresh ground pepper to taste
Water to form a paste
1 tbspOil or bacon drippings
1/2 medChopped green pepper
2/3 lbsBoneless pork cut into
1/3 lbsStew meat cubed
2 tbspChili powder
Serrano pepper
2 tspCumin
Salt to taste
2 tbspTortilla flour mixed in
Procedures:
1Combine water and beans in medium saucepan and bring to boil over medium high heat.
2Reduce heat and simmer until tender, about 1 hour.
3Heat oil in large skillet over med-high heat.
4Add onion, green pepper, and garlic.
5Saute until tender.
6Transfer to dutch oven and set aside.
7Add pork and beef to same skillet.
8Brown well.
9Stir into vegetables in dutch oven.
10Add beans and their liquid along with tomatoes and seasonings.
11Mix well, cover and simmer 1 hour.
12Add wine and cook, uncovered, 30 min. season with salt and pepper.
13If mixture is too liquid, stir in some of the tortilla flour paste to thicken
