1/2 cupChopped onion
1/2 cupChopped green pepper
1/4 tspGarlic powder
1 tspVegetable oil
2 cupSkin, cooked diced chicken
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspPepper
1 1/2 tspCurry powder
28 ozWhole tomatoes, can
1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
2 tbspChopped parsley
1/4 cupRaisins
2 cupCooked rice
Procedures:
1Cook onion, pepper, garlic powder in oil until onion tender, about 3 min. add remaining ingredients, except rice, cook over low heat for 30 min. serve over rice.
