Ingredients:

12 Dove breasts
3/4 cupLight oil
4 cupPoultry stuffing
2 tspDried parsley flakes
1 tspPaprika
1 tspSalt
2 tspBlack pepper, freshly
Ground
1 tspGarlic, minced
1/4 tspOregano
3/4 tspGround French thyme
1/2 cupButter, melted
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350 °F.
2Grease a large shallow casserole dish.
3Wash dove breasts in cold water; dry thoroughly with paper towels.
4Rub each dove with oil and salt lightly.
5Mix poultry stuffing with seasonings and butter.
6Place a layer of the stuffing in casserole dish; place dove breasts in casserole.
7Sprinkle remaining stuffing on top of dove.
8Bake at 350 °F.
9For about 45 minutes.
10If casserole browns too rapidly, place foil over the top.
11Yield: 6 servings
