| cup | Onion, chopped | | 1
| cup | Catsup | | 1/2
| cup | Water | | 1/4
| cup | Lemon juice, fresh | | 2
| tbsp | Cider vinegar | | 2
| tbsp | Jack Daniel's Tennessee | | | -Whiskey | | 2
| tbsp | Brown sugar, light | | 1
| tbsp | Worcestershire sauce | | 1
| tsp | Mustard, prepared | | 1/2
| tsp | Chili powder | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 5
| lbs | Pork spareribs |

Procedures:
| 1 | In saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat. | | 2 | Add onion. | | 3 | Cook, stirring, 3 minutes or until soft. | | 4 | Stir in remaining ingredients except ribs; bring to boil. | | 5 | Reduce heat; simmer, stirring often, 20 minutes. | | 6 | Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375 degrees. | | 7 | Place ribs in single layer in two baking pans. | | 8 | Bake 1 ?hours or until tender. | | 9 | Drain and discard drippings from pans. | | 10 | Spread half of the barbeque sauce evenly over the ribs. | | 11 | Reduce heat to 350 degrees. | | 12 | Bake ribs 15 minutes. | | 13 | Turn and brush with remaining sauce. | | 14 | Bake 15 minutes. serve |
