Ingredients:
| 1/4
| cup | Fresh lemon juice | | 1/4
| cup | Water | | 2
| cup | Cilantro, chopped and packed | | 1/4
| cup | Fresh coconut, chopped | | 1/4
| cup | Onion, finely chopped | | 2
| tbsp | Chopped gingerroot | | 2
| tsp | Chopped fresh red chile | | 1
| tsp | Sugar | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Ground black pepper |

Procedures:
