| 1 | Put the water in a skillet. |
| 2 | Toss in everything above except the grains. |
| 3 | Cook down until the water"s almost gone. |
| 4 | (if you like the peppers less cooked add them after a couple of minutes). |
| 5 | Toss in the grain mix, stir, maybe add a grind or two of fresh pepper, serve. |
| 6 | Serves two or one really hungry person. |
