Procedures:
| 1 | Pat chicken pieces dry. | | 2 | Combine ingredients for rub. | | 3 | Smear rub over bother sides of chicken; the more you use, the spicer it will be. | | 4 | Heat barbecue. | | 5 | Brush grill with 2 tablespoons oil. | | 6 | Place chicken on grill, skin side down. | | 7 | Cook over medium heat, about 10 to 12 minutes per side, until chicken is justed cooked through. | | 8 | (if heat is too high, coating will burn; if too low, cooking time will be a little longer) |
