| | Halibut filets or any firm | | | -white fish cut ? thick | | 1/2
| cup | Mayonnaise | | 1/4
| cup | Lemon juice | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Horseradish | | 1/2
| cup | Grated Swiss cheese | | 1/3
| cup | Grated Parmesan cheese | | 2
| tbsp | Minced onion | | 1
| dash | Hot pepper sauce | | | White pepper to taste | | 1/2
| tsp | Garlic salt | | 2/3
| cup | Idahoan Mashed Potatoes (dry | | | -flakes) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 450. | | 2 | Cover broiler pan with aluminum foil and grease well. | | 3 | In med bowl mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, horserradish, swiss cheese, parmesan cheese, onion, hot pepper sauce and garlic salt. | | 4 | Add white pepper to taste. | | 5 | Fold in potato flakes and mix well. | | 6 | Spread mixture evenly over fish filets. | | 7 | Place filets on brolier pan. | | 8 | Reduce oven temperture to 400; bake for 10-15 mins. | | 9 | Turn oven to broil and cook until tops are golden brown. | | 10 | Fish flakes when done. |
