Deann's potato cheese halibut

Ingredients:
6 Halibut filets or any firm
-white fish cut ? thick
1/2 cupMayonnaise
1/4 cupLemon juice
1 1/2 tspHorseradish
1/2 cupGrated Swiss cheese
1/3 cupGrated Parmesan cheese
2 tbspMinced onion
1 dashHot pepper sauce
White pepper to taste
1/2 tspGarlic salt
2/3 cupIdahoan Mashed Potatoes (dry
-flakes)
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 450.
2Cover broiler pan with aluminum foil and grease well.
3In med bowl mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, horserradish, swiss cheese, parmesan cheese, onion, hot pepper sauce and garlic salt.
4Add white pepper to taste.
5Fold in potato flakes and mix well.
6Spread mixture evenly over fish filets.
7Place filets on brolier pan.
8Reduce oven temperture to 400; bake for 10-15 mins.
9Turn oven to broil and cook until tops are golden brown.
10Fish flakes when done.
