Ingredients:

| lbs | Turkey cutlets | | 1/4
| cup | Flour | | 2
| tsp | Paprika, sweet | | 1/4
| tsp | Black pepper, ground | | 1/4
| tsp | Thyme, dried | | 1/8
| tsp | Red pepper, ground | | | Salt to taste | | 2 1/2
| tbsp | Oil, vegetable | | 1/2
| cup | Onions, thinly sliced | | 14 1/2
| oz | Broth, chicken | | 2
| tsp | Tomato paste | | 1/4
| cup | Sour cream alter. fat free | | 1
| tbsp | Parsley, fresh, minced |

Procedures:
| 1 | On a plate combine flour, paprika, black pepper, thyme, red pepper and salt. | | 2 | Flour cutlets lightly. | | 3 | Reserve excess flour. | | 4 | In a large non-stick skillet, over medium-high heat, heat oil. | | 5 | Add cutlets and brown on both sides. | | 6 | Remove and reserve. | | 7 | Add onions and remaining flour to skillet and saute until onion softens slightly. | | 8 | Stir in broth and tomato paste. | | 9 | Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring until sauce is smooth and slightly thickened. | | 10 | Return cutlets to skillet; add sour cream and simmer until heated through. | | 11 | Sprinkle with parsley and serve over cooked noodles |
