Ingredients:
1 lbsTurkey cutlets
1/4 cupFlour
2 tspPaprika, sweet
1/4 tspBlack pepper, ground
1/4 tspThyme, dried
1/8 tspRed pepper, ground
Salt to taste
2 1/2 tbspOil, vegetable
1/2 cupOnions, thinly sliced
14 1/2 ozBroth, chicken
2 tspTomato paste
1/4 cupSour cream alter. fat free
1 tbspParsley, fresh, minced
Procedures:
1On a plate combine flour, paprika, black pepper, thyme, red pepper and salt.
2Flour cutlets lightly.
3Reserve excess flour.
4In a large non-stick skillet, over medium-high heat, heat oil.
5Add cutlets and brown on both sides.
6Remove and reserve.
7Add onions and remaining flour to skillet and saute until onion softens slightly.
8Stir in broth and tomato paste.
9Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring until sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.
10Return cutlets to skillet; add sour cream and simmer until heated through.
11Sprinkle with parsley and serve over cooked noodles
