Ingredients:
1 tbspLIME JUICE, FRESH
1 tbspGRATED LIME PEEL
1 tspREDUCED SODIUM SOY SAUCE *
1/8 tspRED PEPPER SAUCE
1 lbsBONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS (4)
* 2 tb WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
2 tbspSAFFFLOWER OIL
2 tbspGINGER SAUCE - RECIPE BELOW
1/4 cupCHICKEN BROTH
1 tbspCHOPPED GREEN ONIONS
Procedures:

2Coat chicken pieces with marinade and let stand for 1 hour - covered and refrigerated.
3Lightly sprinkle chicken with flour.
4Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat.
5Add chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 4 to 5 minutes.
6Transfer chicken to a warmed platter.
7Set aside and keep warm.
8Add ginger sauce and chicken broth to skillet and simmer covered over low heat for about 3 minutes.
