Crispy baked fish & herbs

Ingredients:
4 Fillets white fish, 1 lb
1 tbspWater
1/8 tspLemon pepper
1 tspLow fat margarine, melted
1 Egg white
1/2 cupCornflake crumbs
2 tspChopped fresh parsley
Procedures:
1Preheat oven 400°F.
2Lightly spray a medium size shallow baking pan with vegetable spray.
3Rinse fish and pat dry.
4In small bowl, beat egg white with a little water.
5Dip fish in egg white, then roll in crumbs.
6Arrange fish in baking pan.
7Sprinkle with lemon pepper and parsley, then drizzle margarine over all.
8Bake uncovered 20 min or until fish flakes easily.
