| | Fillets white fish, 1 lb | | 1
| tbsp | Water | | 1/8
| tsp | Lemon pepper | | 1
| tsp | Low fat margarine, melted | | 1
| | Egg white | | 1/2
| cup | Cornflake crumbs | | 2
| tsp | Chopped fresh parsley |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven 400°F. | | 2 | Lightly spray a medium size shallow baking pan with vegetable spray. | | 3 | Rinse fish and pat dry. | | 4 | In small bowl, beat egg white with a little water. | | 5 | Dip fish in egg white, then roll in crumbs. | | 6 | Arrange fish in baking pan. | | 7 | Sprinkle with lemon pepper and parsley, then drizzle margarine over all. | | 8 | Bake uncovered 20 min or until fish flakes easily. | | 9 | Cal: 135; fat: 2 g |
