| 1 | Pour the milk into a quart glass container. |
| 2 | If you want to add nonfat dry milk to make the yogurt "creamier" now"s the time. |
| 3 | Heat in microwave until the milk reaches about 175 degrees. |

| 5 | Remove from microwave and cool until the milk reaches about 100 degrees. |
| 6 | Add two tablespoons active yogurt. |
| 7 | Stir well, a whisk is good. |
| 8 | Cover with plastic wrap. |

| 10 | Replace bowl in microwave. |
| 11 | Heat on low about 30 seconds. |
| 12 | Heat on low 30 seconds every 30-60 minutes for about 4 hours. |
| 13 | You"ll have yogurt. |
| 14 | If you walk away all day but leave it nice and warm, it"ll turn into yogurt, too, but will take longer. |
| 15 | And since you won"t be there, you won"t notice. |
