Microwave yogurt

Ingredients:
4 cupLowfat or skim milk 2 tb Fresh yogurt
1/4 cupNonfat dry milk (optional)
Procedures:
1Pour the milk into a quart glass container.
2If you want to add nonfat dry milk to make the yogurt "creamier" now"s the time.
3Heat in microwave until the milk reaches about 175 degrees.
4(takes about 9 minutes).
5Remove from microwave and cool until the milk reaches about 100 degrees.
6Add two tablespoons active yogurt.
7Stir well, a whisk is good.
8Cover with plastic wrap.
9Wrap in a towel.
10Replace bowl in microwave.
11Heat on low about 30 seconds.
12Heat on low 30 seconds every 30-60 minutes for about 4 hours.
13You"ll have yogurt.
14If you walk away all day but leave it nice and warm, it"ll turn into yogurt, too, but will take longer.
15And since you won"t be there, you won"t notice.
16Refrigerate and laugh at dannon"s high prices
