Ingredients:

| cup | Butter (or marg.), 1 stick | | 1 1/4
| cup | Flour | | 1/4
| cup | Parmesan, grated | | 1
| tsp | Paprika | | 2
| tbsp | Cold water | | | FILLING | | 1/2
| cup | Butter (or marg.), 1 stick | | 1/2
| lbs | Mushrooms, sliced | | 2
| cup | Chicken, cooked, diced | | 1
| | Green onion bunch, chopped | | 3
| | Eggs | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1 1/2
| cup | Light cream | | 1
| cup | Swiss cheese, grated |

Procedures:
| 1 | Pastry: use all the ingredients to make a 10 inch pie crust. | | 2 | Bake 5 minutes ate 400 degrees. | | 3 | Cool. | | 4 | Filling: saute mushrooms in butter. | | 5 | Add chicken and green onions. | | 6 | Saute five minutes. | | 7 | Add to pie shell. | | 8 | Blend eggs, salt and cream together. | | 9 | Pour into pie shell. | | 10 | Sprinkle cheese over top. | | 11 | Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. | | 12 | Serves |
