Ingredients:
PASTRY
1/2 cupButter (or marg.), 1 stick
1 1/4 cupFlour
1/4 cupParmesan, grated
1 tspPaprika
2 tbspCold water
FILLING
1/2 cupButter (or marg.), 1 stick
1/2 lbsMushrooms, sliced
2 cupChicken, cooked, diced
1 Green onion bunch, chopped
3 Eggs
1 tspSalt
1 1/2 cupLight cream
1 cupSwiss cheese, grated
Procedures:
1Pastry: use all the ingredients to make a 10 inch pie crust.
2Bake 5 minutes ate 400 degrees.
3Cool.
4Filling: saute mushrooms in butter.
5Add chicken and green onions.
6Saute five minutes.
7Add to pie shell.
8Blend eggs, salt and cream together.
9Pour into pie shell.
10Sprinkle cheese over top.
11Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
