Ingredients:
4 ozSweet Baking Chocolate
2 ozUnsweetened Chocolate
32 ozMilk
1 Cinnamon Stick (3-Inch)
1 1/2 tbspSugar
1/2 tspAlmond Extract
Procedures:
1Melt sweet baking chocolate and unsweeted chocolate in to half of a double broiler over simmering water.
2Combine milk and cinnamon stick in a medium saucepan and heat until very hot but not boiling.
3Pour into melted chocolate and stir well.
4Add sugar and almond extract; stir well again.
5Beat with whisk or hand beater until frothy.
6Remove cinnamon stick
