Ingredients:

| cup | Cubed cooked turkey | | 3
| cup | Cubed cooked ham | | 1
| cup | Shredded cheddar cheese | | 1
| cup | Chopped onion | | 1/4
| cup | Butter or margarine | | 1/3
| cup | All purpose flour | | 2
| cup | Light cream | | 1
| tsp | Dill weed | | 1/8
| tsp | Dry mustard | | 1/8
| tsp | Ground nutmeg | | | TOPPING | | 1
| cup | Dry bread crumbs | | 2
| tsp | Melted butter or margarine | | 1/4
| tsp | Dry dill weed | | 1/4
| cup | Shredded cheddar cheese | | 1/4
| cup | Chopped walnuts |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a large bowl, combine turkey, ham and cheese, set aside. | | 2 | In a saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. | | 3 | Add flour, stir to form a paste. | | 4 | Gradually add cream stirring constantly. | | 5 | Bring to a boil, boil 1 minute or until thick. | | 6 | Add dill, mustard and nutmeg, mix well. | | 7 | For the topping, toss bread crumbs, butter and dill; stir in cheese and walnuts. | | 8 | Sprinkle over the casserole. | | 9 | Bake uncovered at 350 °F for 30 minutes or until heated through. |
