Ingredients:
1 lbsMacaroni, elbow, whole wheat
8 ozTofu, firm, cubed
1 cupTofunnaise or other eggless

1/3 cupDaikon, diced
1/3 cupCelery, chopped
1/3 cupCarrot, grated
1/3 cupBell pepper, diced
1/3 cupScallions, minced
Lg Kale leaves for garnish
1/2 cupSunflower seeds, raw

Procedures:
1Cook noodles according topackage directions.
2Drain, rinse and chill.
