Ingredients:
1/4 cupOil
1/2 cupFlour
1/2 tspPaprika
1/4 tspPepper
3 1/2 lbsBroiler-fryer chicken, cut
-up
1 canCondensed cream of chicken
-or
Cream of mushroom soup
6 cupSoft bread cubes (about 10
-slices)
1/4 cupButter, melted
1 cupMilk
3/4 tspSalt
1/2 tspRubbed sage
1/2 tspDried thyme leaves
1/4 tspPepper
1 Lg. stalk celery, chopped

1 Med. onion, chopped (about
-?cup)
Procedures:
1Heat oil over medium heat in 10" skillet.
2Mix flour, paprika and ?tsp. pepper.
3Coat chicken with flour mixture.
4Cook chicken in oil over medium heat 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.
5Heat oven to 350 degrees.
6Place chicken in ungreased 2 ?quart casserole or square baking dish, 9x9x2".
7Pour soup over chicken.
8Toss remaining ingredients.
9Mound mixture on chicken.
10Cover and bake 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until chicken is done.
11Serves: 6
