Ingredients:
1/2 cupSm. curd creamed cot. cheese
1/2 cupParmesan cheese, grated
1 lbsGr. beef, cooked, drained
2 cupMozzarella, shredded
1 tspOregano
1/2 tspBasil
6 ozTomatoe paste
1 cupMilk
2/3 cupBisquick
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
Fresh parsley, chopped
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 400.
2Grease pie plate, 10x1 ?, or sq. baking dish-8x8".
3Layer cottage cheese and parmesan cheese in pie plate.
4Mix cooked beef, 1 c. of mozzarella, the oregano, basil and tomato paste; spoon evenly over the top.
5Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper 15 sec.
6In blender on high speed, 1 min. with wire whisk or hand beater or til smooth.
7Pour in to pie plate.
8Bake 30-35 min. or til knife inserted in center comes out clean.
9Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
10Return to oven 1-2 min. or til cheese is melted.
11Cool 5 min. sprinkle with parsley.
12?recipe: use 1 qt. square or round casserole.
13Divide ingred. amts in half.
14Decrease beat time to 10 sec.
15In blender or 30 sec.
16With wire whisk or hand beater and first bake time to 25-30 min. high alt: no adj.
17Necessary.
18For ?pie, use 1 ?qt. round or 1 qt. square.
19Bake 30-35 minutes
