Ingredients:
3 cupFrozen loose hash browns
-shred, thawed
1/3 cupButter, or margarine, melted
1 cupCooked ham, diced
4 ozCheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cupGreen pepper, diced
2 Eggs
1/2 cupMilk
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
Procedures:
1Press potatoes between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
2Press into the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9" pie plate.
3Drizzle with butter.
4Bake at 425°F for 25 minutes.
5Combine the ham, cheese and green pepper; spoon over crust.
6In a small bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
7Pour over all.
8Reduce heat to 350°F; bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
9Allow to stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
