| tbsp | Parsley, minced | | | Salt & pepper to taste | | 2
| tbsp | Bacon bits, optional |

Procedures:
| 1 | Line 10" pie pan with bread. | | 2 | Spread with cottage cheese and onions. | | 3 | Combine remaining ingredients except bacon bits, in blender. | | 4 | Cover; blend until smooth. | | 5 | Pour over onion layer. | | 6 | Sprinkle with bacon bits. | | 7 | Bake at 425°F for 35-40 minutes. | | 8 | Cut into 8 wedges to serve. | | 9 | Per serving: calories--129.9 carbohydrate--14.0 grams fat--2.7 grams |
