Ingredients:
6 Chicken Thighs
1 cupUncooked Minute Rice
1 canCream of Chicken Soup
1 canCream of Mushroom Soup
1 Small Jar Mushrooms (OPT)
1 1/4 cupWater
1 packDry Onion Soup Mix
Procedures:
1Spray 9x13 casserole with vegetable spray.
2Mix rice, water, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and mushrooms, and put in casserole dish.
3Place chicken thighs on top of mixture, and sprinkle with the dry onion soup mix.
4Cover and bake at 350°F for 2 hours.
