| each | Garlic cloves, minced | | 1
| small | Onion, chopped | | 3
| large | Celery stalks, chopped | | 1

| cup | Cooked chick peas | | 1/4
| cup | Wheat germ | | 1
| tbsp | Soy sauce | | 1/2
| tsp | Marjoram | | 1/4
| tsp | Coriander | | | Black pepper |

Procedures:
