Ingredients:
3 lbsChicken, cut up
1 canCondensed cream of chicken
-soup (10 ?oz.)
1 tbspSnipped parsley
1/2 tspPoultry seasoning
1 1/2 cupFrozen small whole onions
Paprika
Procedures:
1Place chicken pieces, skin side up, in a 12x7 ½x2-inch baking dish.
2Stir together soup, parsley, and poultry seasoning; stir in onions.
3Spoon over chicken.
4Bake, covered, at 350 till chicken is tender, about 1-hour.
5Stir sauce, sprinkle with paprika.
6Serve with mashed potatoes or hot cooked rice, if desired.
