Chick pea loaf

Ingredients:
3 cupChick peas
2 tbspVegetable oil
2 eachGarlic cloves, minced
1 largeOnion, chopped
2 eachCelery stalks, chopped
2 eachCarrots, finely chopped
1/4 cupTamari
1 tspCumin powder
1 eachSalt to taste
1/4 tspTurmeric
3 tbspTahini
Procedures:
1Place soaked chick peas in a pot & cook for 50 minutes to 1 hour, till soft.
2Drain, save the stock & mash well.
3Heat ol in large skillet & saute garlic & onions for 5 minutes.
4Add celery, carrot, tamari, 2 tsp parsley, cumin, salt & turmeric.
5Saute till vegetables are tender.
6Add to the mashed chick peas & mix well.
7Add the tahini & mix well.
8Place in a large baking pan or two small loaf pans & bake at 375f for 45 minutes.
9Serve with a salad &/or vegetables on the side.
