Ingredients:

| lbs | Chicken | | 16
| oz | Italian dressing, bottle | | 6
| cup | Wine, white | | 1
| lbs | Mushrooms, fresh | | 2
| each | Garlic cloves | | 4
| can | Chicken gravy (10 ?oz) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Wash and trim mushrooms and cut in half. | | 2 | In large casserole dish, combine chicken, mushrooms, whole garlic cloves, wine and dressing. | | 3 | Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight. | | 4 | Remove chicken and mushrooms and measure 2 cups of marinade. | | 5 | Pour remaining marinade into another container. | | 6 | Return chicken and mushrooms to casserole. | | 7 | Mix 2 cups marinade with cans of gravy and pour over chicken. | | 8 | Bake at 325°F for 1 ?hours. | | 9 | Serve hot over rice, potatoes or biscuits. | | 10 | **remaining marinade can be frozen for later use as marinade for barbeque |
