Chicken with vegetables (oven bag baked)

Ingredients:
2 tbspFLOUR
1/3 cupWATER
1/2 tspBASIL LEAVES
1/2 tspTHYME LEAVES
1/2 tspSEASONED SALT
1 eachMEDIUM ONION
2 eachBAKING POTATOES
4 eachMEDIUM CARROTS
1 eachRED OR GREEN PEPPER
1 each3 TO 4 LB. ROASTING CHICKEN
1 xSEASONED SALT, PEPPER
1 xPAPRIKA
Procedures:
1Shake flour in cooking bag.
2Place in 9" x 13" x 2" baking pan.
3Add water basil and thyme leaves and seasoned salt.
4Squeeze bag to mix.
5Cut onion, carrot and potato into pieces.
6(cut carrot diagonally ? thick and potato into 8 wedge shaped pieces).
7Brush chicken with oil or butter and sprinkle with seasoned salt pepper and paprika.
8Place chicken in center of bag.
9Place vegetables around chicken.
10Close bag with supplied nylon tie and tuck end under bag.
11None of the bag should hang over pan edges.
12Note: do not allow oven temperature to exceed 4000°F.
13As baking bag wil
