Chicken with sorrel sauce

Ingredients:
3 tbspButter
1 Shallot, finely chopped
2 cupChopped fresh sorrel
1/2 cupHeavy cream
1/8 tspFreshly grated nutmeg (opt.)
4 Boneless chicken breasts
-- skin removed
Procedures:
1The sauce: heat 1 tablespoon butter in a medium-sized saucepan over medium-low heat.
2Saute shallots until translucent.
3Add sorrel and saute.
4Add the cream and the nutmeg.
5Cook for 2 minutes and set aside.
6The chicken: heat remaining butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
7Add chicken breats and cook for about 20 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally.
8Reheat sorrel sauce just to a boil.
9Arrange chicken breats on serving plate.
10Spoon sauce over chicken adn serve
