Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbsBroiler-fryer Chicken
1/8 tbspPepper
2 tbspDried Parsley Flakes
3 cupHot Cooked Rice
1 tbspSalt
1 canChicken Soup *
1 canOnions **
Procedures:
1* chicken soup should be a can of condensed cream of chicken soup (10 ?ozs).
2** onions to be whole onions, drained, (16 ozs) cut chicken into pieces; cut each breast half into halves.
3Arrange chicken sides up and thickest parts to outside in oblong baking dish, 12 x 7 ?x 2-inches.
4Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
5Cover loosely and microwave on high (100%) until chicken is done, 20 to 25 minutes.
6Remove chicken from dish; reserve juices.
7Stir soup and parsley flakes into chicken juices.
8Arrange chicken in dish, coating with soup mixture.
9Add onions.
10Cover loosely and microwave unti hot, 7 to 9 minutes.
11Serve with rice
