Green beans with mushroom cream sauce

Ingredients:
1 lbsGreen beans
1 tspSalt
Hot water
4 ozMushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tspSugar
Pn Baking soda
2 ozButter
1/2 cupCream
Chopped parsley
Procedures:
1Wash, string and slice beans.
2Place them in a saucepan together with sugar, salt, soda and enough water to cover.
3Simmer gently for about 15 minutes.
4Drain.
5In a saucepan melt the butter and in it saute the sliced mushrooms.
6Add the beans and gently blend in the cream.
7Simmer for 2 minutes.
8Season to taste and serve garnished with chopped parsley
