Ingredients:
4 ea Chicken breasts, skinned
1 canCampbells Golden Corn Soup
8 ozStewed tomatoes, cut up
1 tspChili powder
1/4 tspGarlic powder
Rice for four people
Procedures:
1================================= directions ============================= In a skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon hot oil.
2Cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned.
3Remove from heat, set aside and spoon off fat.
4Stir in remaining ingredients and heat to boiling.
5Return the chicken breasts to skillet; reduce heat to low.
6Cover; simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
7Serve over rice, if desired.
8Note: i tried this stuff 2 weeks ago and thought it was really great.

10It"s simple and quick.
11She got the recipe off a can of campbell"s golden corn soup.
12But, you can use creamed corn and it"s just as good.
13You could even add some red and green bell peppers to it also.
