Ingredients:
2 Zucchini, thinly sliced
2 cupSkinned diced chicken, cooked
1/2 tspThyme
3 cupCooked rice
2 Green onions, sliced
1/2 tspSalt
2 tbspChopped pimento
1/4 cupGrated cheese
Procedures:
1Cook the zucchini and onions in small amount of water until tender, about 5 to 10 min. add other ingredients, except for cheese.
2Cook and stir until heated through.
3Remove from heat, stir in cheese, serve.
