Ingredients:
2 cupChicken, cooked, cut up
1/2 cupZucchini, chopped
1/2 cupRadishes, chopped
1/4 cup2% yogart
1 tbspSoy sauce
1/2 tspBulk granulated artificial
-sweetener, like Sugar Twin
1/2 tspGinger, ground
3 cupLetturce, shredded
Procedures:
1In a bowl, combine chicken, zucchini, and radishes.
2In a cup, combine yogart, soy sauce, sweetner and ginger.
3Pour over chicken mixture to coat evenly.
4Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving, then toss well gently.
5Divide into 4 portions.
