Ingredients:

| | Broiler-fryer chicken | | | Salt and Pepper to taste | | 4
| cl | Garlic | | 1
| tsp | Dried Rosemary | | 1/4
| cup | Dry white wine | | 1/4
| cup | Chicken broth |

Procedures:
