Ingredients:
1/3 cupDry bread crumbs
2 tspParmesan cheese, grated
3/4 tspItalian seasoning
1/2 tspGarlic powder
1 lbsChicken breasts without skin
1 Egg, beaten
8 ozTomato sauce
3/4 cupMozzarella cheese, shredded
Procedures:
1Recipe by: mccormick/schilling preparation time: 0:30 combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow bowl.
2Dip each chicken breast in beaten egg, then roll in bread crumb mixture to evenly coat.
3Place chicken on a cookie sheet or jelly-roll pan.
4Bake in preheated 375f oven for 10 minutes.
5Turn chicken over; bake 10-12 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
6Spoon tomato sauce over chicken.
7Sprinkle cheese over top.
8Bake 3 minutes or until chicken is melted
