Ingredients:

| lbs | Chicken, boned | | 1/2
| cup | Bread crumbs | | 1
| tbsp | Salt | | 1/8
| tbsp | Pepper | | 2
| each | Eggs, beaten | | 1/2
| cup | Parmesan cheese | | 1
| tbsp | Oregano | | 1
| cup | White wine | | 3/4
| cup | Salad oil |

Procedures:
| 1 | Pound chicken till thin. | | 2 | Pat dry and cut into pieces. | | 3 | Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, spices and salt. | | 4 | Set aside. | | 5 | Beat eggs in a shallow dish. | | 6 | Dip chicken into egg, then into the crumb mixture, coating both sides. | | 7 | Heat oil in skillet. | | 8 | Saute" chicken until brown - about 3 minutes each side. | | 9 | Remove to a warm platter. | | 10 | Drain fat, stir in wine scraping up brown residue until boil. | | 11 | Pour over chicken |
