Ingredients:

| tbsp | Butter | | 2
| tbsp | Cooking oil | | 2
| | Broiler chickens, cut up | | | Salt & Peppers to taste | | 3
| med | Onions, chopped | | 1
| | Garlic clove, crushed | | 2
| tbsp | Paprika (Hungarian is best) | | 2 1/2
| tbsp | Flour | | 1
| cup | Chicken broth | | 2
| cup | Sour cream | | | Hot cooked noodles | | | Parsley as garnish |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat butter and oil in skillet. | | 2 | Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then brown. | | 3 | Remove and let drain on paper towels. | | 4 | Cook onions and garlic in remaining fat until soft. | | 5 | Add paprika and flour, cook and stir 3 minutes. | | 6 | Add chicken broth, then sour cream. | | 7 | Cook and stir over low heat until thick and smooth. | | 8 | Replace chicken in skillet. | | 9 | Bake covered at 350 °F for one hour. | | 10 | Serve over hot cooked noodles. | | 11 | Garnish with parsley. | | 12 | Approximate values per serving: 637 calories, 44 g fat, 207 mg cholesterol, 12 g carbohydrates, 421 mg sodium, 62 percent calories from fat |
