Chicken loaf with mushroom sauce

Ingredients:
--Loaf--
1 4lb chicken cooked & diced
1 1/2 tspSalt
2 cupFresh bread crumbs
1 cupCooked rice
3 cupMilk or chicken stock
4 Eggs well beaten
--Mushroom Sauce--
1/4 lbsMushrooms
1/4 cupButter
1/4 cupFlour
1 pintChicken stock
Salt to taste
1/4 cupCream
1/8 tspPaprika
1/2 tspParsley
1 tspLemon juice
Procedures:
1For loaf: mix altogether, adding eggs last.
2Bake 1 hour in slow oven (350 degrees) in baking pan or ring mold.
3For sauce: melt butter, add mushrooms and cook slowly for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4Add flour and mix well.
5Add chicken stock.
6Cook stirring constantly until thick and smooth.
7Add cream, paprika, parsley, lemon juice and salt.
8Mix and let stand over hot water until ready to serve.
