Ingredients:
2 tbspButter
2 lbsChicken Breast
1/4 cupPort Wine
1/4 cupOrange Juice
1/8 cupSoy Sauce
1/4 cupHeavy Cream
Orange Zest
1/4 cupParsley, chopped
6 Petit Pan Rolls
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 350°F.
2Brown chicken in butter and add port, orange juice, soy sauce and bake in oven in browning skillet for 45 minutes or until done.
3Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm.
4Add cream and orange zest to skillet.
5Heat gently.
6Return chicken to skillet to coat with sauce.
7Slice off tops of petit pan rolls.
8Scoop out centers and divide chicken between rolls and replace tops.
9Sprinkle with orange zest and parsley.
10Serve immediately
