| tbsp | Butter | | 2
| lbs | Chicken Breast | | 1/4
| cup | Port Wine | | 1/4
| cup | Orange Juice | | 1/8
| cup | Soy Sauce | | 1/4
| cup | Heavy Cream | | | Orange Zest | | 1/4
| cup | Parsley, chopped | | 6
| | Petit Pan Rolls |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oven to 350°F. | | 2 | Brown chicken in butter and add port, orange juice, soy sauce and bake in oven in browning skillet for 45 minutes or until done. | | 3 | Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm. | | 4 | Add cream and orange zest to skillet. | | 5 | Heat gently. | | 6 | Return chicken to skillet to coat with sauce. | | 7 | Slice off tops of petit pan rolls. | | 8 | Scoop out centers and divide chicken between rolls and replace tops. | | 9 | Sprinkle with orange zest and parsley. | | 10 | Serve immediately |
