Ingredients:
8 ozSoaked chick peas
2 eachLemons, juiced
2 eachCrushed garlic cloves
5 tbspOlive oil
2 tbspTahini
Salt & pepper
Water
Paprika & parsley
Procedures:
1Drain chick peas, cover with water in a pot & cook for 60 minutes.
2Drain & cool.
3Place in a processor with lemon juice, garlic, oil, tahini & salt & pepper.
4Blend till smooth adding more water if needed.
5You should have a thick paste.
6Check seasonings.
7Garnish with paprika & parsley.
8Serve with pita bread.
