Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupChick peas, cooked
4 tbspLemon juice
2 eachGarlic cloves
4 tbspOlive oil
Stock from chick peas
2 tbspParsley, chopped
1/2 tspCoriander
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspBlack pepper
4 tspSesame paste
1/2 tspPaprika
Parsley to garnish
Procedures:
1Chick peas should be overcooked.
2Reserve liquid.
3Put chick peas with ?c liquid in blender.
4Mash well.
5Blend with other ingredients except sesame paste, paprika & additional parsley.
6In a small bowl, mix the sesame paste with a little more of the reserved stock.
7Add to belnder & mix briefly.
8Serve sprinkled with paprika & additional parsley & with pita bread.
