Ingredients:

| cup | Chick peas, cooked | | 4
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 2
| each | Garlic cloves | | 4
| tbsp | Olive oil | | | Stock from chick peas | | 2
| tbsp | Parsley, chopped | | 1/2
| tsp | Coriander | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Black pepper | | 4
| tsp | Sesame paste | | 1/2
| tsp | Paprika | | | Parsley to garnish |

Procedures:
| 1 | Chick peas should be overcooked. | | 2 | Reserve liquid. | | 3 | Put chick peas with ?c liquid in blender. | | 4 | Mash well. | | 5 | Blend with other ingredients except sesame paste, paprika & additional parsley. | | 6 | In a small bowl, mix the sesame paste with a little more of the reserved stock. | | 7 | Add to belnder & mix briefly. | | 8 | Serve sprinkled with paprika & additional parsley & with pita bread. | | 9 | Vera gewanter, "a passion for vegetables |
